Fundraising For FFK ‘Walk to Work’ Event

It was a glorious day for walking along the river and the KIKN team raised just over £1k on the day. Our way of saying thank you to FFK (Futures For Kids) for their generous funding support in the last 3 years. And a big thank you too to all the sponsors of KIKN team.

The walk started from Victoria Park in east London, through the Olympic Park in Stratford, along  Limehouse Cut down to the Thames at Canary Wharf and then along the river paths to North Greenwich and then via Greenwich foot tunnel through to Greenwich and back up to the Tower of London, a total of some 15 miles.

Meeting the chair of the FFK trustees, Bill Templer, and some of the other trustees was the highlight of the day! Thank you once again to FFK for believing in us.
