While preparing for the AGM recently I started to wonder how much money KIKN had actually raised for Nepal since its foundation so I added up all the money raised for charitable activities from each year’s accounts since 2011. To my surprise, during 2023 we reached a major milestone having sent out over £500,000 for our work in Nepal since the charity was formally established in 2011. This means that it is actually more than that since Lai See started raising funds in 2008. That is a fantastic achievement for a charity of our size. Thank you to all our sponsors, donors, and supporters who have contributed to that figure over the years. It just goes to show what a massive difference you can make from a very small beginning. I am sure that Lai See would be very proud of that.
