A fund raising event in aid of setting up a breakfast club at Lubhoo School in Kathmandu was held today at Lewisham Social Health and Care HQ at Lawrence House. There was a beautiful array of home baking with some fantastic raffle prizes in the form of themed hampers and also many items for auction.
Much interest was shown in the work of KIKN. Potential ideas for raising KIKN’s profile were also discussed. KIKN is grateful for the opportunity to meet the very warm hearted and generous friends and colleagues at the event.
A fun morning was had by all, especially during the auction of items including Single Malt whisky, Kiwi Champagne, good quality Italian wine and such like. You missed your vocation, Deborah!
