This family of 11 lost 2 young adults in the April 15 earthquake when they were all buried under the rubble. There are 4 young children in the family. They attend one of the schools KIKN currently supports. The family moved from a tent into the zinc house 6 months after the earthquake. The house

Jana Sudhar school converted its canteen to a much needed Science lab with the help of KIKN funding in the summer. The school is now trying to build a small canteen (with shelter) to accomodate the 200 children which KIKN funds for their daily breakfasts.
