The pandemic is still on in Kathmandu. Although the death toll is low, the number of cases are still on the increase in some areas but are starting to reduce in others. Two of the KIKN schools ( Lubhoo & Saraswati) are in the newly locked down area, to the south of the Kathmandu Valley. The food relief for them is being held back till further notice as a result.
There was a reported case of a family of 10 who tested positive, in quarantine….Its hard to imagine what they must be going through….
